Struck Through Error - This coin appears to be a struck-through error, caused by a foreign particle or piece of debris becoming trapped between the obverse die and the planchet during striking. As the obverse die applied pressure, the trapped material appears to have shifted or slid across the surface of the coin, leaving a distinctive elongated impression just above the Lion Capital of Ashoka.

The clearly visible impact point is particularly interesting, with the affected area appearing deeper and more pronounced at the initial point of contact and gradually becoming shallower toward the end of the impression.
