Errors - Cracked Planchet Error + Die Cud Error

Cracked Planchet Error - The obverse side of the coin exhibits a visible cracked planchet error. The characteristics suggest that the crack was present prior to the striking process. This is supported by the “BH” lettering in “भारत” (Bharat), which remains properly raised and intact despite the nearby crack. A small raised area of displaced metal (dot) is also visible between the “BH” letters, further supporting the possibility that the planchet was fractured or disturbed before being struck by the die.

Die Cud Error - The reverse side exhibits a die cud error at approximately the 9 o’clock position. The affected area extends continuously through the left side of the hexagonal edge of the coin, resulting in a noticeable loss of the normal design detail along the rim. This appearance is consistent with a die cud, which occurs when a portion of the die face breaks away, causing the corresponding area of the struck coin to exhibit missing, weakened, or distorted design detail.
